CANCELLATION POLICY STANDARD RATE:
up to 42 days prior to arrival: free of charge,
41 – 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of all estimated costs (minimum cost of one night),
29 – 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of all estimated costs, 
9 – 1 days prior to arrival the full amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card.  

CANCELLATION POLICY PREPAID RATE: 
No free cancellation available for this rate.
Full payment at time of booking. In case of cancellation or no-show the total amount will be retained.

These conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are re-rented in whole or in part.
